Here’s how it works

Two minutes to switch colevo on.

How it works

  1. 1Connect your toolscolevo reads your books, email, payments and calendar. Read-first, so it never changes a thing on its own.

  3. 3Writes the fixTap a line and the reminder, invoice or nudge is already drafted in your voice, with a pay link inside.
  4. 4You tap ApproveNothing sends until you say so, and there’s a 20-second undo after every send.
  5. 5The money landsThe number turns green when they pay, and your scoreboard shows what colevo recovered.

Connect your tools

Each one is your own account, read-first. Nothing is ever sent or changed without your Approve. Start with QuickBooks; it lights up your money screen in about a minute.

QuickBooks OnlineLive

The spine of your money screen: invoices, customers, and what’s owed come straight from your real books, and approved invoices and reminders go out through your own QuickBooks. (The web version, not the Desktop app.)

Connect
Google · Gmail, Calendar, Sheets & DriveLive

Chases and replies go out through your own Gmail, in your voice. Replies come back to your screen and pause the chase. Calendar spots finished jobs you never billed; Sheets and Docs feed the brain.

Heads-up: new accounts need 24 hours before Gmail connects (we’re switching on your email access). Everything else works right away.

Connect
Outlook / Microsoft 365 · OneDrive & ExcelLive

Use Outlook instead of Gmail? Your chases, quotes and follow-ups go out through your own Outlook, replies pause the chase, and the brain can read your OneDrive files: Excel, Word and more.

Connect
StripeLive

Puts a one-tap pay link inside every chase and invoice, and tells the screen the moment money lands. That’s when the number turns green.

Connect
SquareLive

Bill on Square? Your money screen reads your Square invoices and payments and chases what’s overdue in your voice. New invoices go out with a Square pay link, all behind your Approve.

Make it sound like you

Once you’re in, open the Ask bar and tell it your prices, your FAQs, how you talk, or drop in a price list. The more you feed it, the more every answer, invoice, and reply sounds like it’s been working for you for years.

The one rule: nothing is ever sent without your OK. colevo always drafts. It never sends on its own. You read it, change anything, tap Approve. Even then there’s a 20-second undo.

Ready when you are.

Connect QuickBooks and the first thing you’ll see is the money you’re owed, biggest first, drafts ready.
